complete 7a block, complete 4ac head

yeah as the title states, I want to build myself a new 7ac, mines had a hard life. Its time to build a spare so i can rebuild mine

the block i would prefer if its low k's and was definetly running when stripped

the head same situation, but id also be keen on a head thats been ported already to save me some time.

dont wanna break the bank here either guys, let me know what you have.

how well was it running? i dont even know what a 4 ac is worth i gave my last one away on the condition he took the auto bolted to it with him
