Got this all the way from Mackay around 3 weeks ago, its sitting at a mates place till I finish my other commodore v6 T18.
Getting the rust fixed and resprayed soon while its not at my place, going to do up the 3tc in it with a bit of work.
Probably keep the 13's that are on it just clean them up and spray them gunmetal grey I'm thinking. They're 13x7 with a 205/60 tyre and sit pretty good so some better suspension and it will be sweet.

Already ordered custom sump, clutch, alloy radiator and some stainless extractors. Going to get a spare 3T soon so I can pull it down and get the block sent away to be sonic tested to get it bored out to 89mm making the 3t nearly 2L then once its okayed to bore it that far I can order all the other bits I want from BRD racing in the states to build an engine which should hopefully make at least 150hp at the wheels would like for 200 but 150 should be enough in a light car.

How much does the sonic test cost? My cousin had his heavily modified 3T in his TA22 fail on the dyno while tuning. Problem with block strength as a result of boring too far. He said he was quoted $100 to re-sleeve the bore. Would it be safer just to re-sleeve all 4 right from the start?
