Bearing - 1x Centre - Output shaft bearing
Bearing - 1x Front - Layshaft bearing
Bearing - 1x Centre - Layshaft bearing
Bearing - 1x Rear - Layshaft bearing

Bearing - 12x Needle roller bearings (uncaged "jelly bean" rollers) - Serves as idler needle bearings for 4th gear
Bearing - 4 x Caged needle rollers - Serves as idler needle bearings for reverse, 1st and 2nd gear
Bearing - 1x Split cage needle roller - serves as idler needle bearings for 5th gear
Consumable - 5x Synchros - synchro for each gear, reverse has no synchro
Consumable - 2x Oil seals (Front input shaft & Rear output shaft)
Consumable - 1x Special - Bronze shifter bushing
Consumable - 1x Shifter pivot seat washer
Consumable - 1x Shifter pivot seat bushing

This is a comprehensive kit, it also includes the caged needle bearings which have been custom manufactured for this batch. Every bearing, oil seal, synchro and bushing is included. The paper gasket kit is omitted as they are prone to leaking. Permatex RTV silicone does a much better job.

Price: ($480) + $15 Australia wide tracked shipping. Shipping is extra for those outside of Australia (yes that includes you Kiwi's)

I will split kits, if you have a partial T50 kit or missing T50 bearings etc. let me know and I will omit parts and put together a custom kit for you.

Drop me an email haxengineering@gmail.com, PM's don't work for me here.

Cheers,

William

Yep i'm still doing the kits. The parts have been ordered from Japan, some of them have landed here in Sydney. But i'm still waiting on some of the other critical bearings in the kit.

I'm only doing a small batch run at the moment as it doesn't really seem as though many people want these kits here.

send me a PM if you need, otherwise just send me an email: haxengineering@gmail.com

Hi Will,

Have you received all the parts for this kit yet?
what brand bearings are you supplying and what brand synchros?

What is the total cost including postage to WA?
thanks,Steve

Hi Steve, yes I am still doing these kits. The 6 main bearings are Japanese branded items from koyo, Nachi and NSK. The synchros and needle bearings are Chinese made units. I am willing to split the parts and sell bits individually if you require.

The full kits are $495 delivered to anywhere in Australia.

Send me an email if you would like to purchase a kit.

Will

Hi everyone,

I bought a T50 rebuild kit through Pike (William), and he was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
I had some of the bearings already, so he helped figure out what bearings I had from their part numbers so I didn't end up paying for something I didn't need.

He posted the box promptly (arrived in 5 days), it was well wrapped with all parts in a nice box and individually labelled.

I cant recommend this seller highly enough.
And if you read this - thanks Will!

Steve.

Good to hear your kit arrived Steve! Austpost have really picked up their speed. Fastest I've had delivered with austpost was 9 hours.

Darcy, what sort of issues are you having with your gearbox? Is it whining or noisy when in gear? Does it crunch when you shift gears? Drop me an email at haxengineering@gmail.com. If you need a specific part to repair your T50 gearbox, let me know as I do split my kits up.

Cheers,

William

EDIT: 1st post has been edited as the kits have been released for sale. Thank you to those who expressed an interest in the kit. Cheers.
