Hi guys,
Thought I'd get around to using this gear set one day and build a high revving 4age but never got around to it and will be driving the car as a daily for a while so here it is for sale.

Item: complete t-50 gear set without synchros which has been treated to achieve better strength and longer lasting
Condition: haven't been used since the treatment. Bought it from another member few years ago and is currently still in the box after treatment.
Price: $350
Location: Lansvale or Randwick NSW
sms for quickest response (0400218145)

Thanks for the interest,

Terry

I think you might struggle to sell this without it being super cheap, most people would just buy a W series and spend a little more for the conversion and have a stronger box with better ratios as well.

cryo treatment is actually very cheap. less than $100 for a full set of gearbox gears. micro polishing and/or syncro mods however cost more.
do you know EXACTLY what has been done??
if you set has NEW syncro hubs or special ratios, i'll be keen. PM me

In pre race terms I've always wondered if the T50 and T series can be improved enough strength wise to become safe for long term use on the track behind around 200hp. The weight advantage would be huge compared to say an f series and w57.
