I bought a 4age ke70 a few weeks back and it turns out the wiring was a bit of a mess, so I was tidying it up myself, and when I went to start it again the car just won't idle properly, it idles really rought for about 20seconds and then just dies, does anyone have an idea of what I might of touched which would cause it not idle properly

MOTOR - 4agze(no supercharger) .8mm trd head gasket, quad throttle bodies, microtech lt-10s ecu
USE - daily
PROBLEM/QUESTION - won't idle
OCCURS/STARTED WHEN -I was trying to fix up the wiring because the previous owner did a shit job of it.
