Exterior: There is absolutely no rust on the car apart from the common rusting of the hatch. The hatch can easily be replaced by installing a new one. The paint is original and is in excellent condition. This is credited to the previous owner who was a detailer who often worked on prestigious cars from Ferrari to old school mustangs. I also replaced the front windscreen and windscreen molds for RWC.

Interior: The interior is in its original condition apart from WRX seats replacing the driver and passenger seats. They do a great job holding you inside the car. It has the twin cam steering wheel and the factory stereo. No tears in the upholstery or door cards. The tachometer is not working but is an easy fix.

Running gear: The engine was built by IDB in Richmond. For those who dont know IDB, they are well known for their quality work on ae86’s. This engine in particular as built by Ian for his son, so you can imagine the extra quality of work and effort dedicated to its build. The engine was installed in 2012, it runs smoothly through all gears. The clutch and gearbox are in excellent condition which bites well when changing gears. The exhaust has a cat, resonator and baffler; the muffler was replaced a week ago due to a hole in the old muffler.

Suspension: The suspension is not great, it currently has stock ae86 struts with cut springs. I did however replace the bushings and rear brakes recently for RWC.
I recently purchased this vehicle but in the last two weeks I spent too much money on this car to get it RWC. I need the money for my exchange coming up in a few months; however please don't think this is an opportunity to throw low-ball offers. The engine is mod-plated to the car. The car comes with around 12 months Rego and RWC at the $10,500. Negotiable without REGO, RWC and parts on the car.
