It's time to sell my Supercharged 1988 AW11. It's currently my daily driver but I need something a bit more practical with 4 doors.
I've owned the car for over a year now, I've fixed a lot on it to make it as reliable as possible. The odometer currently reads 299xxxkm, however the speedo has stopped working, so it's closer to 320,000km. What's been done to the car is as follows:
Exterior:
Konig Rewinds 15x7
Kumho KU31's (rear tyres are brand new).
Slotted front RDA rotors
EBC Red Stuff front pads (I have Redstuff rears as spares).
Interior:
Luisi Griffon 370mm steering wheel
TRD gear knob
Brand new shift boot & stereo surround.
Driveline:
4AGZE 1.6 Supercharged motor.
14 pound crank pulley
Timing belt, water pump, genuine thermostat was done 20,000km ago.
Kirkosaurus poly engine mounts.
Body:
Brand new poly bushes all round.
MRP coilovers (20,000km old).
Like I was saying, it's been my daily driver for the past year. It's been serviced every 5,000km. The only bad points of the car is the paint. The clear coat has begun to come off on the passenger side. The front drivers side guard has also been hit (no damage to the rails or anything else).
I have a spare front guard which has had all the rust removed, has been rust proofed and primed ready for paint.
It's been getting me 9-10L per 100km to and from work. If I get roughly what I want for it, I have a water to air intercooler kit I'll also throw in (intercooler, water pump and heat exchanger).
