Spark Plug condition

Hey guys,

Changed my plugs the other day, wondering if you guys reckon its running too lean as they were all a bit white. Car doesn't blow any smoke but I have a feeling valve stem seals may be starting to give...

Planning to change fuel filter and fuel pump filter so see how It goes after that...

They look fine, maybe slightly oily but it might be the picture.
