Car - KE70 with 20V

Motor / part in question - New engine build - 16V 4AGZE

Problem - Old microtech configured to 20V CAS/Dizzy

Did a search and trolled through some old posts, but didn't really find a clear answer.

As above, what is the difference between 20V CAS and the 16V GZE CAS?
- I'm not on about the cap and rotor button assembly, I mean wires and signals for ignition for ECU.
Will 16V GZE CAS wire straight up to ECU configured for 20V CAS, or is an internal modification required to make it work?

The signal should be the same as both have a multi tooth wheel and a cam angle sensor. You will have to check the wiring and connect them the right way to get your ne and g pickups wired correctly. I am sure your Microtech will work
