When he speakes about make said hp with 4ages is he talking rwhp or flywheel horse power??? I read most of it and cant seem to see it.

Given the age of the articles, I would suggest fly whp. A lot of refining (ecu, ignition technology etc) has taken place since the article was written. If you would like a more comprehensive answer, I would suggest sending Bill a pm on the performance forums.
