4age torque plate engine boring - Sydney???

If anyone has had there 4a/7a torque plate bored in Sydney can you please tell me where and how much it cost.

Also please feel free to discuss this vs. Regular bore/honing.

As I am debating weather or not to spend money on this.

Torque plate boring and honing simulates the effect torquing the head up has on the bore, so when the machining is much closer to round in operation compared to without. Means better ring sealing and you can run slightly tighter piston to bore clearances.
