injec em3 tuning, is there an way other than the hand controller?

The 4agte that i bought came with a injec em3 ecu. Abit of research revealed that its only tuned by a hand controller, which are impossible to find. Is there any way around using this hand controller? can a program on a computer mimic the hand controller?
