Hey, I have a Toyota starlet GT turbo EP82. I swapped the engine for a blacktop 20v 4age. It is working amazingly well, however one issue. I can't remember where to find the Adjust valve to increase the idle. When the engine is cold it idles at around 600rpm and sometimes stalls when I'm driving and comes to a stop. When it gets hot however it idles at around 1100 rpm. Can I use the adjust valve to increase the idle when cold? Please help me located it. Thanks.
