A friend told me that, the clutch from my 4agte will fit the 7a engine. I need only the flywheel from the 7a.

Here is a light weight 6 bolt flywheel, only 200mm though:

You need a friction disk to suit the W-box and the pressure plate to suit the flywheel.
The original 7afe flywheel is 212mm which is easier to work with and will give you a higher torque rating. Once you decide which diameter clutch you are after then contact me and I can give you the info. I suggest email because I often miss notifications of a PM.
If you have any other questions other than part numbers then feel free to ask here.

I run a toda 212mm flywheel with an exedy hd pressure plate to suit an ae92 and a Cushioned button clutch disc to suit a RN40 hilux. All bolt on with no mods.
This in on my 7agte->w55.
