Are the splash guard, rods and pistons oe

They all look very much like the standard parts yes, the rods and windage tray definitely are. Pistons are definitely cast, but can't see any numbers or markings on them.

With those cams and engine specs max power would be nowhere near 10,000rpm for a start. They do look like blacktop rods, but hard to say without seeing the beam front on.
