Where does this fuel hose go?

Hey guys I just installed me fuel tank the other day and was wondering where this hose goes, the previous owner connected it with a coke bottle directly to start it up. And also it's and 4ac.

That is awesome. Just get out and fill up the Coke bottle every 5km.

I can't tell too much from the photo, but I'd say that hose either, a) feeds the carb directly or b) feeds the mechanical fuel pump (on the drivers side of the head at the rear from memory).

If a) then you need to connect the carb feed to the fuel pump outlet, then the fuel pump inlet to the feed line from the tank.
If b) then you just need to connect the pump inlet to the feed line from the tank instead of the Coke bottle.

In either case make sure there's a filter in there, it usually goes between tank and pump. And hook up your return line back to the tank.

You should take a picture of how the fuel pump and lines are set up at the moment - near the back of engine on the drivers side.

It should go:
Larger (6mm?) fuel pipe -> Fuel filter -> (inlet) Fuel pump (outlet) -> Carburettor
Smaller fuel pipe <- Fuel pump (return)

Actually now i'm having a brainfart and can't remember if the filter is before or after the pump
