Hen may possibly be a nut

So I'm getting around to replacing some steering stuff on my AE86 and I don't have the shims that fit between the rack and the rack ends. The edges get bent over to lock the rack ends in place. Where does one acquire some of these?
I don't even know what they'd be called if I rang Repco/Bursons/whoever to ask. The ones currently fitted have been reused a few times and are pretty rooted. And the new stuff didn't come with them, or I've misplaced them in the 75 years since I bought the parts. I know they're not critical, but I'd prefer to have them.
Any suggestions?
