Smallport 4age in Jdm ae86

Hi all. Putting in a smallport into my ae86. Trying to make it look as stock as possible. One difference I've noticed is that the ae92 uses the same 12v wire (black and orange) to power the ignition and the injectors. The ae86 has 2 power supplies. The black and orange for the ignition. And a yellow one for the injectors and ecu.
Should I use the same power supply for both? Or do the same as the ae86 loom? I will be using the stock ae86 Zenki body loom

It won't really matter if you join them together or keep separate as the power supply is sufficient.
