Do any of you know a way to get more performance from a 4A-C engine? And I am not going to swap it with a 4A-GE... I cannot find any turbo kits for a 4A-C. And I do not want to make a turbo setup myself.

The normal stuff applies:
- Ensure your ignition system is in good condition
- Fit a single Weber on an adaptor plate
- Fab up a better exhaust manifold and exhaust
- Find a hotter cam
- Rebuild with slightly larger pistons and higher compression
It still won't be great and you'll be battling sub-standard head/port design and a super-low standard compression ratio. A turbo is a nice idea, but if you can't fab a setup yourself then you're out of luck. Or maybe find the biggest blower you can and run it on methanol.
There's a reason few people do much with these motors.

You can bolt the head onto a 7AFE 1.8 block and make a 7AC, with a single 32/36 DGV weber and a cam would be something different.
I see your not in Aus, but one of this site's sponsors, AJPS, had a 4AC turbo set up way back in the day, might be able to hit him up for some info, you never know he might have the exhaust manifold still laying around. I think he ran one of the turbo's from an Rx7 13B REW sequential turbo set up or something silly like that.
I like hens idea, as crazy as it seems, a 1GGZE SC14 supercharger on E85 would be pretty cool, 4AC-ZE! but not really practical.
