So I was cleaning out my desk this morning trying to look for my camera memory card and what do i find tucked away in with a big ball of dust? A $20 note.

What should I buy with it?

The shit I have to put up with on a daily basis, is just plain bullshit. I am in charge of 5 employees, the equipment for those 5, and the 4-6 homes we will do during the day, that is my job.

But I also have to account for the 3 other supervisors, their workers, tools and jobs, it doesn't matter if they are in a totally different suburb, or in the home next door to me, if they fuck up its my fault, this is not part of my job.

For example this morning, I had completed one job, and was packing it all up, to move onto the home a couple of houses up the road, my brother in law comes over, going off his nut, because I have fucked up again, because one of the other supervisors, has used the wrong batts in the wrong home. I asked how it was my fault, but supposedly, since this morning, unbeknowns to me, I am now supervisor of the supervisors and all there workers, and supposedly due to their fuck up, my pay would be docked $700, because I let them use the wrong batts.

How in fucks name, can I look after another team of workers on another site, when I can't leave my own.

Anyway I voiced my concern, and tried to explain how this wasn't my fault, i am not their fucking supervisor, but got shuved, told to shut the fuck up, and that it was my fault that the company is losing money. So I calmly said, do not touch me again, he mouthed off, I swung.
