BT air box has the same mounting points as ST box?

Hi guys,

Basicallly I want to run a modified factory air box on my LHD ae86 chassis. I've seen pictures of a modified ST box, which looks failry straight forward, but I realized the BT box will be harder to make look like factory because of some strengthening ribs on the end of the air box...a welded ring won't look natural mounted in that location.

So I'm wondering, will I be able to mount a ST box onto my BT, or is the design/mounting hardware completely different? Thanks!

you could make it work pretty easy but the bolt spacing is wider. also not sure the BT stacks will fit inside the ST airbox. good chance them will but theyre a bit different.

So, the rest of the box isn't a problem, it's just that the spacing on the ITB's is smaller than on the BT?
