Anyone here do geometry at school? The area of a circle = pi x radius^2 (coincidentally the shape of the piston in a MC) So what seems like an insignificant 1,5mm diameter is actually 62mm more area! Is a std Sprinter MC 20mm? that's only about 314mm area compared to 445mm for 15/16" and 507mm for 1".
When you start introducing forces into the equation and proportionally distributing them between 10 brake pistons instead of 4 is where it really starts to get interesting. But this old timer does ramble on sometimes...

    some s13 and r32 are 15/16 some are 7/8

    the 15/16 is a 'bm44', the 7/8 is a 'bm38'

these model numbers are cast on the master cyl' body and is what you need to be using to identify them

i have both here but im using the bm44 on my car with gtr brakes front and rear

a friend has the fd brake setup and a bm38 but is having problems with a low and spongy brake pedal

remember when using these nissan masters that you must do away with the stock proportioning valve and sometimes mod the nissan one so that the system is relying on the aftermarket one you have installed which is the same as mine

the stock brake lines can be moved about and changed around to fit the nissan masters perfectly

Finished fitting my bias adjuster, and putting the motor back together and back in the car. Brake pedal feel seems good, I'll give it a run at the next sprint and see how it goes.

Also fitted an alloy radiator to try and avoid any more overheating issues:

bias adjuster sits on the tunnel like so:
