Hi Andy, I'm thinking about going the t3 brake upgrade but I've got one thing that's holding me back, brake pad availability. How easy is it to get brake pads for those calipers, do you have to get them imported from the usa or do u know any local suppliers that can get them?

"the magic formula for gravel rallying: 1000kg, 300hp and 4 cylinders."
What're those pads like on the street, they'll end up being for my daily driver so if they take a few mins to heat up before they work, might have to give them a miss.
Are they just shit for high speed grip work or just shit in general?
Because Im primarily drifting, I wont have time to get a lot of heat into them, not am I doing continuous laps with hard braking like you are.

they probably aren't that shit for either, they just have a different friction compound so they work from cold. rally cars still use brakes as well!
for drift you could just about use standard pads, it's not like they really cop any sort of heat stress for a long period. The rally compound ones work fine.
no worries, thanks andy. Ill use these and then look into others.
Joel @ spirited drive can supply other pads as well too being a t3 dealer, but good to know there are other options.

i know when i bought my kit through him, i was offered the hawk hp and hp+ pads or the wilwood track pads as an upgrade. You'll have to ask him if theres anything else available.
