what is the 7/8 master off?
are you running it without a booster completely? or just with one disconnected, i would be interested to see some pics of one with it removed to see how to do it.
Give it a run, your booster may cope with it better.
Im running a 7/8" unboosted master because my booster died in the engine bay fire i had.
Ill copy over this quote from my Corona/Peugot/Hilux guide thread on Toymods:
i got a R33 BM44 BMC. i think there about 1", so when i get that up and running ill see how it feel with the wilwoods. it has a rear proportioning valve on it as well i think.
The 1" will be a massive overkill i think. Even 15/16th was pretty solid, and the 1" was horrible even without the booster working properly.
Brakes look good Andy! Should shave at least a sec of for you. The rear adapters are tidy too. mild-steel brackets? I'm considering going to 15/16 master (unassisted - no booster) with my FD brakes. Was a good thread about master cylinders, maybe it was on the old server.

Andy,
I would go a 15/16th master cylinder, I run the same brakes on the rolla and a 7/8 was very spongy with a long pedal. I upgraded to a MQ patrol mc and pedal is great with good feel and short travel
I wouldnt expect lap times to improve much but they will last a lot longer, Ive yet to see a upgrade improve brake distances its all about the brakes surviving 10 laps of abuse
Frak has factory 15/16, us mortals must find an alternative - I am using Pajero 15/16 but the lid is VERY close to the strut tower, and you know how they feel...
Apparently Starion is similar to Pajero but may be a better fit but I didn't compare side by side.
