Maxed out a DB meter on the dyno at Boostworx, and was still 128db out the front on the road.

i thought most people usually got 30% with e85 with turbos and about 25% with NA?

That much? That's massive.

That's with 12:1 compression on an na motor, as that's the ideal range for the fuel to work best.
