pen15 - I'm not sure what comp its running and the moment, i'll have to check with Jay. Its just running the stock booster and hopefully there's no problems. I paid $6000 for it but i reckon it was worth it.

riojin - When we were building the engine someone came in and said the stock manifold might hold it back especially because i'm using a bigport throttle body which is smaller. I might go quads eventually but i just want it running ok for now.

phat86 - Yeah the timing belt broke not long after the engine went in but Jay repalced it for free which was sweet. Did you see it at buddyparts?

Haha, yeah I know it was a bit much.

To be honnest from the idea of getting a sprinter to owning this one was only a week so i didn't really reasearch properly how much they was really worth.
There's no rust or anything though.

Anyway i've got it now and I love it.

6k is a good price for such a minta, the paint looks brand new, as does the engine bay, good luck with it man

The new engine is finally in and running.
It made 87rwkw on the dyno but should easily make more, the standard manifold is holding it back heaps and you can feel it when driving.
I'm getting itb's in a month or so though.
The idle sounds tough as aswell.

your using standard pistons?..

Yeah the bottom end is completley stock.
I forgot to write thought this as a smallport, although you can probably tell from the intake manifold, with a 7 rib block.
