    Default Crappy brake pedal feel

Trying to get my pedal to bleed up firm, but it just remains spongy.

running standard JDM brakes with QFM pads and brembo fluid.

pretty sure there is no more air bubbles in the lines and i have just put a brand new master cylinder in.

    Any ideas?

the only thing i can think of is if there is a difference between ADM and JDM master cyls/boosters as it has an ADM one in there now.

    rubber lines, original calipers

master brace would probably help, but i don't think it would cure the problem.

they are soft all the time, and i think the original calipers may be some of the cause of the problem, you can see them flexing when you push the pedal hard

bench bleed? as in disconnect the lines and bleed it directly from the cylinder?

    Yes.

Also, does the pedal get hard when you pump it up?
You can have any brew you want... as long as it's a Datsun / Corolla / What is that?

    oh man

javal, kona and myself spent 2 hours at the metro love factory trying to get the brakes good on the corona wags....

turned out that there was some air in the rears and i had to undo the calipers and hold them horizontal whilst bleeding them cause there was air trapped in there on a werid angle.

bench bleeding the master is definetly the way to start......

make sure that you cover the ports with your fingers as you let the piston out, this will suck the fluid in properly.
