it'd be a good idea 4 sam-q's website he would do it
i think it would be a pretty handy thing like how to get the bushes out and how to get the ball joint out etc without doing it the wrong way.
and of course then the rebuild part of replacing the bush and ball joint, and then maybe instalation?
if no one agrees then dont do it but. i just would like to know though lol ^__^

Remove and installation is covered in the AE86 body manual which is available for download on the net. This also includes torque ratings for applicable fastners.
Is there any downside to cutting off the lock stoppers? I'm guessing getting rid of them gives you a bit more lock?
^ only thing it means is your maximum lock is achieved by your rack extending to its stoppers, which is how it is limited with stock lca's anyway!
So it would be best to cut the stoppers off right?
Yes. There is no downside, only several profitable upsides.
Yes.
Pedders can take the bushes out and put them in for like $20.
ThanksWould of been an idea to do this when I had them out but I'll see if I can cut them off while still on the car.
Balljoints: Remove circlip. Press balljoint out with a press. Reverse for assembly.
Bushes: Push old bush out with a vice/press. Press new one in with vice/press. Note it is much easier in my opinion to use replacement bushes where they supply just the inner rubber/poly part. The ones with the outer metal sleeve included are a pain in my opinion.
