Have just finished reconditioning a spare head i had lying around so i can fund the Sprinter build.
What was done:
-Head fully sandblasted and Robowashed for super cleanliness
-Head decked (has some slight marks in it but will not affect sealing)
-Valves cleaned and shafts repolished (no valve work was performed)
-Valves measured against Toyota specs and all passed
-Springs tested to Toyota specs and all passed
-New valve stem seals installed
Doesn't have any cams or buckets and shims but i can throw in a set of sandblasted stock bigport camgears
I will try to get some pics up as I don't have home internet access yet.
