I think Blind kid seeks is being quite reasonable, you pay for something you expect to get it in a reasonable time. If the sender is having problems, it doesn't take much to send an email, I mean this guy does know how to use a computer as he originally posted the sale.
It's also irrelevant wether it's $70 or $700, Blind kid may be a poor student, to him $70 is a lot of cash, HIS CASH!
