Finished wiring, spent ages trying to get him to start, turns out i had the fuel lines the wrong way. Lol.

Did timing, ignition timing, new fuel setup running two bosch 04somethings, installed clutch banjo and bled system, mounted oil cooler and tucked up some of the wiiring and ecu.

Also, car sits in tyres as there's a little too much track. Will have to wind up the coilovers. Seriously, BCs are looking to be well worth the money.
It's been a big day and the rest has to be done my the end of tonight for motorkhana.

Which model bc's did you get? If you get a chance could you throw up a pic of the rears fitted? Thinking about getting a set myself!

I got the Gold BCs. The BR type with front spindles/stub axles. I don't have any pics of the rear yet but will do so next time I'm under the car. I highly recommend these coilovers though, as they have incredible adjustment and are quite good value for money.


Didn't end up getting him ready in time for motorkhana, but that gives me more time to do things properly before drift prac in April.

Will update thread when everything's fixed.

Yeh nice, if I go bc's they will be the br model! Can't afford hsd's and don't really want a weld on setup.
No rush for the rear fitted pics mate, just wondering if the shock goes inside the spring or stays in original spot, and they will be compatible with the good ol' borgy diff?

Ok, so..
Spent heaps of time, money and beer trying to get him ready for drift prac. With the help and lols of Mack10, Chairs With Flares and Squish_m8 - he was revving well and everything was looking good. A massive thank you to Dreny and KKUSTOM for driving me around all day, you guys are truly good mates. Got a wheel alignment. 32mm toe out was probably a little too much, so we wound it back to 2mm.

Long story short, got out to Mallala a little late. Did first lap (Sooo good to drive him again, 4age = so worth it) and then it stalled. Motor wouldn't start again. In the pits, pulled dizzy cap off and the thing was filled with oil. Tried everything and couldn't get him to start. Anus. So here are some pics of the past few days. Think I'll leave him alone for a few weeks while I live my normal life.
