jeee boy!!
Ok so today I modified the adm caliper to fit on jdm/brembo setup. Yes it is possible, just takes a bit of time and noise
Brembo discs are a little chubbier than their 27 year old counterparts so adm calipers don't fit over them.
Which is why I did this.
The disc is much wider than adm solid ones so you will have to angle grind a fair bit of the caliper slider.
Eventually this is what i had arrived with. Lots of testing, grinding, testing, grinding and it all fitted with no rubbing on anything
So now my suspension/brake setup is complete and just needs a bleed.
Also bashed out my guard, fitted the oilcooler and catch tank.More tomorrow.
jeee boy!!
Oh hello

Stick welding, my favourite!
Yeah, my mig wouldn't work. Lol. That's just temporary.
They look like handles to push the car along
how safe are those calipers?
Yes, trolley car is almost complete
Calipers are fine. It was just the slider gap that was shaved.
Yeah boy. So need to catch up!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways ~ Beer in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ?WOO HOO - What a Ride
Ohey. Wheels are all polished and I painted the centres silver. Tell me what you think?
Also, here's a sneaky shot of him. Lots to do.
Tried starting him again after the dissy rebuild. Got no sparkCoil has power but dissy isn't sending. Will have to sus out tomorrow.
Thanks for looking![]()
