$375,000 US, which means half a million AUD.
sheeeeeeeeeeeit, that's even crazier. Beginning to see where this price came from though, check out this video of the rotary weaver (one of 2 in existance) that is used to create the carbon fibre A pillars, absolutely mindblowing
If the engine is in the front, why does it have those huge side vents?
IF they do actually do all that, and put in a production of 500 i will be very supprised. id imagine they would loose squilions on it.
i look forward to seeing it on topgear UK
Just for the brakes? That would be overkill, It's got two massive door vents on each side, then those two big rear quarter vents as well as all the ducting on the rear, in comparison to the front, there would be serious lack of ducting for the front brakes.
When a car brakes all the weight is transferred to the front. so the front brakes take a much greater load then the rear ones. So if all that ducting was just for the rear brakes, your front brakes would fade and your rear brakes would lock up all the time, causing a horrible balance you see.
What I was getting at was, why does this car appear to have all the ducting for a mid engine car, the weight balance of a mid engined car, yet the drawings show the engine at the front? Doesn't add up to me.
just another american heavy high horsepower car that does massive burn outs at a traffic light, impressive
