Default setting up my suspension please HELP

    HEY ALL
i need some help with the suspension in my car.
note. my car has the 13b turbo 190rwkw.

atm i have s15 coilovers that knock there brains out and there wound all the way up really hard obviously i have a s13 front end. it has a 27mm swaybar. my front camber is around -2 also running superlights 15by8 -4offset

in the rear i running ford falcon choppies with tokico ajustable shocks. the diff is r31 skyline with locker and 4.11 and standard r31 sway bar.

reason i ask for help is my car handles shit really bad its actually not predicatble enough..

eg. when i go and skate 3rd gear and then back off to straighten up my car.
it has this spazem it sorter feels like you are going to spin out. but i manage to correct it. im not having fun the way my car handles

please guys as much feedback as possible i want to re do the hole suspension to get this thing to drive like it should.....

well u could start with scrapping that S13 front.

id be replacing trailing arm bushes with urethane or the sort.
    adjustable panhard rod.

that will make it more predictable as u wont have any sloppy movement.

that whould fix u up. bushes link all your components to the body and are the best upgrade anyone can do.

i just finished fitting a strut brace, b pillar brace and i have another brace mounted between the rear seat latch holes (i have a ae86 hatch). made a pretty big positive difference in the way the car felt. wont fix all your problems but it wont hurt to try

most likely the way the car is unloading in the rear, when you drop the throttle

if you want to bring it round we can set something up for you man, i'm in melbourne, SE suburbs. i've met you at winton before, though it'll mainly be my dad doing the work, he's a chassis engineer

get decent dampers in the front and dont go too hard.

that said it seems most of your problem is rear based. With that much power traction brackets would be a huge help, as would adjustable upper arms to help play with pinion angles. The fresh links would also be nice.

Lockers may also have something to do with the throttle change feelings as opposed to a 2 way or 1.5 way it drastically changes the way the diff behaves on throttle off

Before you go playing with all sorts of bits and pieces I'd make sure that everything you have now is working properly. Check your bushes are ok, things are tight and so on.

Also have you driven the car alot? Do you know how it behaves usually? Maybe you just need to get used to it. If things really are not working properly, I'd have a chat/go for a drive with someone with plenty of experience (Shift Rooks dad maybe) and see what they have to say about it.

Do some reading and thinking and checking and talking before you go buying lots of bling parts to "fix" an essentially unidentified problem.

sounds alot like your shocks arn't working at all... or youve got no droop in your suspension, or both

traction brackets and corolla front suspension sounds like what you need....

but your prob wanting to keep that crappy s13 stuff in there so please elaborate on what you have up front, ie s13 control arms? camber plates? whats your front track? have you widened the rear track to suit?
