Can't give you an answer other than I've never heard of any problems. However, why such a large pump for and essentially stock motor? Surely it's cheaper just to buy a std replacement pump.
hello guys,
i like to replace my broken fuel pump to a 255lph walbro fuel pump, would the stock fuel pressure regulator can handle this?
this is for my AE86 with 4age 16v bigport, from where i came from, ae86 came with 4age 16v bigport as standard, so this is not engine conversion
i have minor modification done to the engine
HKS header
TRD lead and Spark plug
Toda flywheel
custom 2.25" exhaust
cold air intake

price for OEM fuel pump cost more than aftermarket one
OEM fuel pump will cost me US$247.00 while walbro only cost me US$125.00
thats the reason why i want aftermarket one rather than OEM one
yeah that sounds about right.
I don't know for certain if you will have a problem with that set up but if you are worried you could always run a pressure regulator after the pump.
Launceston = Home of the surprise sodomist!!
thats massive over kill , why dont you buy a bosch model , i run a 130litre per hr pump for a 150kw 4agte and its to much.
