the reason it bogs down at low rpm .could be over cammed and it wont start pulling untill about 5000rpm .pretty normal on carbies ,you change it to fuel injection and that would help a lot down low etc try a t3 inlet and some black top throttles off a 20v motor and find a cheap aftermarket ecu as well

do you mean something like this:
yes try to get your self a set of those quad throttles and a inlet from T3 in america ,but you need to let them know if its a big port or small port head
