SA cheap KE70 on defect
EDIT: car on hold for the time being. it will be worth more off defect and its not going to cost me much to fix it.

What's wrong with the starter motor?
its siezed.. im getting it rebuilt though.. will probably keep this now though, at least until its running and off defect
