Yeah unfortunately you have no chance at 5k (unless you get the car for free), basically all the shipping/broker/tax fees will eat up most of that

And as buddy said, anything under ~2k will be a little crap. A few more grand (7/8k) could probably get you most cars on that list, and you could get an S14 too (they don't go for much in japan, probably because they aren't eligible for compliance here in aus)
