i ran kazien extractors with my line somewhat close, you can get it pretty far out of the way, never got hot or had any issues. This was in a keto which i think has a wee bit more room where the firewall curve down.
if the bleed nipple isnt straight up thats not that big of an issue, you could just undo it from the bell and do on pump with it verticle to get any bubbles out (that i doubt would be there) and then you can bleed it normally for the rest of its life where its down or up.
