They had no swaybar, just how it is. You can buy weld on swaybar brackets from AJPS though

I don't run one in my AE71 Corolla with a T18 S1 diff. If you want to I could take you out for a quick spin to see how it feels for you after I get my front end sorted this weekend

wow how has Toyota stoped the diff from moving then?

Swaybar != panhard rod.

One stops roll, the other stops the diff exiting the side of the car.

With no swaybar the rear just feels a bit floatier than if it were more rigidly attached. Its better for grip with no swaybar at all, or an adjustable one wound back pretty slack.
