    Default Equal Length 4 Link.

Who has done it? Which way did you go about it? Would you say it was worth your while?
Also anyone done a Whatts linkage set up?
I'm doing both of the above to my car and was just curious as to whether anyone else had attempted/done it.

    Cheers all,

    Jake.
    I got nothing.

Beau Yates did it. Medwin did it also.

I used a genuine N2 TRD kit for my 86, on a very low car I think its mandatory.

mandatory because the top arm angle goes too far out of wack with something that low?

Johny: Have you seen picture of his version? I have checked out Medwins, simple and effective.

Slide86: Because I have done it before on other cars with good results, yet never on a Corolla. Whatts linkage kills a lateral rod any day of the week, and isn't hard to do.

I think that it isn't a big job for the right results, if you can maintain the position of your diff as it moves up and down and keep the same part of the tyre on the road thus retaining your pinion angle, it's got to be well worth it!

My stanza had a Watts linkage in it...Breaka on here owns it now so he may be able to get ya some pics.

It had it custom mounted of course but wouldnt be much harder than an equal length 4 link...i had a 4 link too but it's wasn't a true equal length one..

The actual watt's linkage parts came from a falcon im pretty sure...and as far as handling goes you could definitley feel it...the rear feels really stable and consistant when cornering hard...make for more work to actualy get the tail out but that just means you can go faster....

    Hope that makes some sense??..haha

^^Thats where the Whatts linkage I have used before came from the Falcon, will use a similar set up again but with an adjuster set up on the diff for roll center changes.

    ThatsHowWeRoll: Lets see some pics!!

I know this is getting a bit off topic but how does the rear end of the car react when you change the diff roll center?
