    Ive this old school number plate for sale.I was crazy and stupid thats why i paid 1500 for it. I guess its worth what people are willing to pay.     When you transfer the owners rights to these plates at VicRoads, do they need to be assigned to a car, or can you just buy them outright?

    you can buy them outright, put it under ur name. Later when u decide which car u want it to go on, just inform vic roads.
