why do i need to watch CO2 emissions when the amount a new passenger car puts out is far lower than the amount a cow farts every year.

You see, i tend not to pay attention to these things unless they acutally get implemented and involve me. I expect a payrise in 2011 directly equivalent to the amount of tax im going to have to pay. Or will they pass it off under inflation again.
