20v tuning? timing, fuel. HELP

the 20v is running an Adaptronic E420c, 2NZ coilpacks, no ISCV, has a MAP sensor and im not sure if the current tune is running MAP + TPS or just TPS.

the motor does run but is struggling to idle and today it started to blow back through the intake and is missing, so im guessing the plugs are fowled due to it running super rich.

if anyone can help me out with a map that is running reliably on a stock internal 20v or some timing and fuel settings that i can try to get it to idle and run a little more smoothly.

Probably just have it on TPS.

Around the idle parts of the map (the whole 0% line) have the fuel at about 3.5ms. At the 6% line, have them all about 4.2ms. Ignition timing should be about 10 or 12 degrees around the idle parts of the map. Double check the timing with a timing light once it's running.

If you have no ISCV, you will have to unwind the idle speed screws on each throttle.
