hmm maybe cable mate shop ?

its best to check that the little lever segments on the calipers them selves ( the bit the cable hooks into) it should be hard against the stop with the handbrake off its it not the the cable is adjusted up too tight, and it will never work correctly

handbrake calipers dont work the best at the best of times anyway
