from memory in my AE86, the one with the 60amp value goes to the back of my alternator with the black plug. The other fuse, i think that goes to the fuse box next to your battery.

From your photo, the taped up wired that run just above your cam gears cover would lead to your alternator.
Well atleast mine did.

But like everyone said, follow the wires.
