A car can be in 100% perfect condition mechanically, structurally and visibly..
But still be/have
-sub 100mm at rails (which i think is REQUIRED for any hachi to look good)
-poking wheels
-Tires to small for wheels
-not enough suspension travel (goes with the 100mm...)
the list goes on...
