dont vote im an imigrant
Im probably not that educated on most political things but as far I could ever see, Rudd was actually a have decent bloke with some morals but lacked in some social skills and fought with the likes of Gillard who may lean towards greedy/borderline enthically questionable policies and decisions etc.
But I guess we will all see how it goes.

labor = short term gain long term loss
what you saw when you saw rudd doing good = short term gain
when you saw rudd doing something bad = short term loss, long term loss

Australian Politics has always been a joke
as much as I hated rudd its actually pretty harsh what they did to him.
how many times did she say no to the decisions she was a part of making?
she seems like a stealthy bitch to me.

This. I was never going to vote ALP, and after today I don't think many other people would either. I know politicians are untrustworthy, but that was a dick move. Changing the leader won't change the party's policies and ideals, I just hope she doesn't shelve the mining tax.
Or will it? I've already heard a number of people complaining that they voted for Rudd, not Gillard. I still think that subsequently any leader of any party has enough bearing on decision making and policy making to influence the direction in which a party is heading.
