there is a few reasons clayos, first of all, if I left it narrow, I wouldn't be able to remove the box with out pulling the engine. Secondly, suby shifters are complicated, I wanted all the mounts associated with it, and last of all, I wanted to use the factory suby cross member, cause I didnt want to make one.

oh and then there is the fact that the starter is on the gearbox side, so need clearance for that, and then I need enough room to remove the clutch pin. theres a few more reason too, but im going to go fuck this bad bitch, yes clayos Im talking about your old lady.
