To simplify setup for yourself, you should pick up a TRD solid pinion spacer (around $55 USD) which will make setup WAY easier. Plus you won't have any of the issues that can be present with the collapsable crush sleeve (especially prevelant with shock loading, ie: clutch kicks). And it's reusable.

Spend some time on that gearinstalls.com site, I did and picked up some good info. There are tips/tricks that can be picked up from his different installs.
